Short animation of a very space-saving house concept
Inspiration for this work is found once again in Japanese culture, where the requirement for space to live becomes a real problem. In bigger cities they are constantly on the lookout for solutions to save valuable room, in a more western view people often look with amazement at capsule hotels and similar inventions.
The box housing concept was very interesting to animate, because at first the house was built out of modular parts and then like in a game of tetris stacked together to fit in a single box container.
