The special thing about this homepage is that almost everything was designed and coded starting from zero (which in hindsight was not always the best decision). Over the years the homepage kept changing and also went through several design iterations, but still remains true to the design principles that were decided in the beginning.
One of the big challenges was the integration of dynamic content, like virtual reality tours, 3D-applications and multiple videos, as they often varied greatly in format and number. Thats where Kirby CMS came in really handy, as it enabled us to have a simple folder structure instead of a complicated database.
